In today’s post, I will be sharing another What We Eat In A Week series in the hopes that you will get some meal ideas or inspiration.

At home, “what’s for lunch or dinner?” is a question that I often get asked. Despite of having lots of cookbooks and unlimited recipes online, I still run out of ideas on what meals to prepare.

I like seeing or watching what other people are making for dinner because it gives me new ideas on recipes to try.

I have recorded a video documenting what we eat in a week. Come check it below. I also made a previous post with the similar concept that you can check in the link below. This one has Christian Inspiration that talks about honoring your God-given role. Hopefully you’ll find value in these videos.

What We Eat In A Week February Edition

If you’re coming from Youtube, I have linked below the recipes that inspired the meals I’ve shown in the video. Please take note that my versions are simplified for convenience and availability of ingredients.

Day 1: Beef Shank Soup

Recipe Inspiration:

My Version:

Throw everything in the Instant Pot. Put it Sealing position and set it to Manual Mode. Let it cook for 35 minutes if thawed or fresh. If frozen, cook for 45 minutes. After pressure is released, turn Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Once it’s boiling, throw vegetables of choice like Kale, Cabbage, Green Beans, Corn or Potato.

Day 2: Lemon Chicken Soup

My Version:

I used the chicken stock I made yesterday then followed the recipe except I added the chicken lastly since it is already cooked.

Day 3: Coconut Grilled Chicken
